We have tied up with MIDC and paid approximately ₹50 crore to ensure that our residents won’t encounter any water-related concerns. We guarantee that our residents will have access to water and power 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The rest of the region relies on local municipality i.e KDMC which is less reliable for water supply.

We’ve demarcated floors in a well-defined manner, with a restricted number of flats (6/7 only) per floor and entire towers with 2/3 BHKs only, guaranteeing that like-minded people stay in each tower as each and every customer profile is different. Others often build 10-12 or even more flats per floor with a mix of typologies.

All the waste water is recycled i.e. a complete 100% waste-water is recycled and the treated water is reused in Flushing, Irrigation and air conditioning make up in the larger development.

A series of eco-friendly mechanisms and processes are set in place including solar-panel-lined rooftops to reduce common area energy requirement: Also, all buildings will be Green Certified to minimum IGBC Gold Standard.
